When a normal sale transaction devolved into a contentious and frustrating series of events, she devoted significant time and effort to resolve the issue. This issue centered on a disorganized third-party lessor for solar panels and their reluctance to end the contract in a timely manner. Linda deftly navigated the obstacles and negotiated a compromise acceptable to all parties. This required many emails and phone calls over 8 weeks, while keeping all parties informed before, during and after expected work hours. We cannot be more complementary of her efforts, knowledge and thoughtfulness. Linda is highly recommended for your real estate needs.
